This license: - Grants use only, not ownership - Is non-exclusive - Is non-transferable - Is revocable at any time - Does not permit sublicensing, resale, or transfer Navuryx reserves the right to revoke this license immediately, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of the Owner. -------------------------------------------------- LEGAL NOTICE -------------------------------------------------- This License, Terms of Use, Trademark Notice, and Brand Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") governs access to, use of, and interaction with Navuryx, including its brand, trademarks, services, platforms, websites, content, systems, and related materials ("Navuryx Assets"). By accessing, using, referencing, or interacting with any Navuryx Assets, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use. -------------------------------------------------- 1. SOLE OWNERSHIP -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx is a privately owned company exclusively owned, controlled, and operated by HitBoyXx23. No person, contributor, employee, contractor, moderator, partner, collaborator, community member, or third party obtains any ownership interest in Navuryx unless explicitly granted through a signed written agreement executed by the Owner. -------------------------------------------------- 2. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY -------------------------------------------------- All Navuryx Assets, including but not limited to: - Company name and identity - Trademarks, service marks, and trade names - Logos, icons, designs, layouts, and branding - Websites, software, systems, and platforms - Content, documentation, graphics, and media - Products, services, tools, and technologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Navuryx and its Owner. No ownership rights are granted except as expressly stated within this Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- 3. TRADEMARK NOTICE -------------------------------------------------- "Navuryx", Navuryx™, and all associated names, logos, symbols, slogans, branding, and visual identity elements are proprietary assets of Navuryx. Unauthorized use of Navuryx branding in domain names, usernames, products, services, websites, applications, marketing materials, or social media is prohibited. -------------------------------------------------- 4. PERMITTED USE -------------------------------------------------- You may use Navuryx Assets solely for: - Personal use - Promotion of Navuryx - Authorized collaborations - Officially approved activities All use must comply with applicable laws and this Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- 5. PROHIBITED USE -------------------------------------------------- Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Owner, you may not: - Claim affiliation with Navuryx - Claim ownership of Navuryx - Misrepresent yourself as an official representative - Copy, mirror, scrape, or redistribute Navuryx Assets - Create derivative branding from Navuryx Assets - Use Navuryx branding commercially - Sell, license, or sublicense Navuryx Assets - Use Navuryx Assets for deceptive, unlawful, or malicious purposes - Impersonate Navuryx or its representatives -------------------------------------------------- 6. COMMERCIAL LICENSING -------------------------------------------------- Any commercial use involving Navuryx Assets requires prior written authorization from the Owner. Unauthorized commercial use may result in: - Immediate license termination - Enforcement actions - Platform takedowns - Legal proceedings where applicable -------------------------------------------------- 7. BRAND USAGE POLICY -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx branding may not be used without prior written permission from the Owner. The following are prohibited: - Logo reproduction or modification - Brand recoloring or redesign - Derivative branding - Use of Navuryx in product names - Use of Navuryx in domains - Use of Navuryx in usernames - False endorsements or partnerships References made for commentary, review, or news purposes must not imply ownership, sponsorship, or authorization. -------------------------------------------------- 8. TERMS OF USE -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx reserves the right to: - Restrict access - Suspend access - Terminate access - Modify services - Discontinue services - Enforce this Agreement at any time and for any reason. -------------------------------------------------- 9. TERMINATION -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx may terminate or restrict access immediately, with or without notice, for violations of this Agreement or to protect its brand, systems, intellectual property, or users. Upon termination, all use of Navuryx Assets must cease. -------------------------------------------------- 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES -------------------------------------------------- NAVURYX ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. -------------------------------------------------- 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -------------------------------------------------- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAVURYX AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE NAVURYX ASSETS. -------------------------------------------------- 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx actively protects its intellectual property, branding, trademarks, and proprietary materials. Unauthorized use may result in: - Cease and desist notices - Platform enforcement requests - Content takedowns - Legal action where appropriate -------------------------------------------------- 13. LEGAL CONTACT -------------------------------------------------- Legal inquiries, licensing requests, trademark permissions, and enforcement matters must be submitted through official Navuryx communication channels designated by the Owner. -------------------------------------------------- 14. GOVERNING LAW -------------------------------------------------- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to Navuryx's primary operating jurisdiction. -------------------------------------------------- 15. NAVURYX BRAND FAMILY -------------------------------------------------- The following identifiers are reserved for official Navuryx operations, products, services, subsidiaries, divisions, projects, and future expansions: - Navuryx - Navuryx AI - Navuryx Labs - Navuryx Capital - Navuryx Space - Navuryx Cloud - Navuryx Ventures - Navuryx Systems - Navuryx Technologies - Navuryx Studios Navuryx reserves the right to create, modify, remove, or expand its brand family at any time. -------------------------------------------------- 16. MODIFICATIONS & UPDATES -------------------------------------------------- Navuryx reserves the right to modify, update, amend, or replace this Agreement at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication through official Navuryx platforms. Continued use of Navuryx Assets constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- 17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT -------------------------------------------------- This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Navuryx and users regarding Navuryx Assets and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications. -------------------------------------------------- END OF LICENSE
